Title: Printing 100 unique cards
Post by: Rose on May 15, 2007, 11:40:36 AM
I wanted to be able to print 100 cards and it was unclear how to make that happen. If I create my word list with enough attributes do I then just resubmit it 10 times (since you get 10 cards/submission) to get the unique cards?  How do I know the cards won't be repeated?  I have premium service so I understand I should be able to do this.

Thanks.

Hi Rose,

Thank you for using print-bingo.com.  You can resubmit several times, or with your premium account, you can login and the next time you try to generate cards, there is an extra box at the top that lets you enter the number of pages to generate.  For 100 cards, you would enter either 25 or 50 depending on if you are using 2 cards per page or 4.

Each card generated by the site is completely randomized using the words and phrases that you submit. It is very, very, very unlikely that you would get duplicate cards when generating 100 cards.

What if I need more like 500 cards?  Will I have duplicates?

Hi Colie,

Each card is generated randomly and independently. The odds are very slim that you would get duplicate cards.

Please keep in mind that Bingo can be won simultaneously with different cards as well.  I.e. in all games there is more than one way to get to a winning combination.  E.g. Person A might not have the first number drawn while Person B has it on their card, but Person A might have 2nd number drawn while the Person B doesn't. But both might still end up getting Bingo at the same time later on.

Hmm, I'm not sure if that example was entirely clear. The point is that even if we were to guarantee no duplicates (which we do not) there would still be the potential for multiple winners in all games.
