questions about site and membership

Hi, I just signed on as a premium member, and I can log on, but when I go to the customized bingo place to make new cards I don't get the advantages of the membership. 

I am also having some trouble with the site - when I try to go to a link sometimes I get an error message saying that its server is not available. 

I would love to be able to print out 22 different cards for my class, so I hope someone can help me get this to work.  I have not been able to successfully get to the help page.
