Print-Bingo.com currently only provides 5 rows by 5 column card designs in the pre-designed layouts.

Everything seems fine with the site.  I've tested on a couple machines with a couple web browsers on each. It must be specific to your configuration.  Have you changed any software recently?  Maybe try with a different web browser such as Firefox or Google Chrome?

I've just checked the logs, and I don't see any attempts to email out a saved design to your email address.  We do have other emailed designs from other users working fine today.

Did you go right through to the end and submit the form to email the design?  Do you get any error messages when you do this?  Also, it should show up on your Premium Access page, if you've logged in BEFORE saving or sending the design.

Hi.  The site tries to align horizontally and vertically.  Can you email your custom design with the save/send/share link to service@print-bingo.com?  I can take a look.  I suspect that there are spaces at the end of some of your terms.

Thanks for the detailed problem report.  You are correct, those characters must be missing from the font we use on print-bingo.com for Unicode.  Good Unicode fonts are surprisingly hard to find, at least they were two years ago when we first added that feature. 

Hopefully I can find a newer font that can be licensed that has better Japanese character support.

It depends on how you've designed your cards.  Specifically the "a word can only appear in it's own column" option.

Unfortunately, the system is set to automatically sort alphabetically.  There is no options for changing that... I'll make a note of it, and it might be a future feature, but honestly, I wouldn't expect it anytime soon.

Hmm... I'm not actually sure how the sort works with non-english terms... I imagine the sort would be based on the Unicode ordering.

You could try adding a series of underscores after your question.  We use this in our Ice Breaker bingo template, which is available on our bingo template designs page.

E.g. "Was __________ years old at the last reunion."

I just told this to you over the phone, but for the benefit of future readers of our support forum:

1. The input box where you can select the number of pages is on the bingo card preview page, a couple screens after the custom bingo design form.

2. The Save/Send/Share link to save your design is also on that page.
